Goodreid Investment Counsel Corp. and its employees, officers and directors are required to comply with all laws applicable to our business operations, including provincial securities laws governing the provision of investment advisory services.

We strictly adhere to all of the policies and procedures set forth in the Goodreid Investment Counsel Corp.'s Policies and Procedures Manual. The objective of this manual is to contain relevant regulatory requirements and to ensure that Goodreid's policies and procedures are clearly documented and enforced. All policies and procedures are updated on an ongoing basis and as required, the manual is formally reviewed once a year by the Compliance Officer.
