Robert Gill is Senior Vice-President and Canadian Portfolio Manager at Goodreid Investment Counsel Corp. Prior to joining Goodreid he held senior investment management roles in both the U.K. and Canada, most recently as Portfolio Manager of Canadian equities for a prominent investment firm, serving institutional and high net worth clients.
Mr. Gill is active in the community, serving as an Investment Committee Trustee, a Guest Speaker within University of Toronto’s MBA program and an Instructor with the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.
Mr. Gill received his B.A. (Honours) degree from Queen’s University and completed a Masters degree at University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He has also studied executive education in value investing at Columbia University in New York, and investment management at Harvard Business School.
